Communication Policy
- Mutual respect is required with all parties in the training process.
- All forms of abuse or any form of racism towards others are prohibited.
- The trainee is prohibited from attending the training course in case of verbal or written abuse. And the denial of entering any courses in the center is done, while the center reserves the right to take legal measures in the event of persistence or continued use of offensive phrases.
- It is forbidden to engage in political or religious discussions (outside the framework of the training process).
- The Arabic language is the official language used in the exclusive technology center for training, and we are keen to provide all means of communication free of errors.
- The estimated time to respond to Inquiries and solve problems is as follow:
- Requests: 5 working days for normal requests, up to 15 working days for cancellations
- Problems: 5 working days to answer and solve the problem
- Inquiries: 3 working days to respond to inquires
- In the event an inquiry was sent and was not answered within 3 working days, the trainee should file a complaint and add the application number in the content of the complaint, then send it to the e-mail: sahar.alotaibi@extech.me
